Rice Casserole


1 ½ c. cooked, shredded chicken
1 C. Chopped celery
½ bunch chopped green onions
2 C. Cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced (opt)
1 small pkg sliced almonds (opt)
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
1 cup chicken broth

Combine all Ingredients. Cook in casserole dish @ 350 for 30‑45 minutes or until heated through.

*This was Dallin's favorite growing up.
