Pizza Dough

1 C warm water
1 packet dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp) - I use SAF yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups flour (I use half white and half wheat)
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Use the dough hook on mixer and knead for 5-10 minutes. You want the dough to be slightly sticky.

Let the dough rise for an hour or so, until doubled in size.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface. This much dough will make two cookie sheet size pizza crusts. Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Add toppings and cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
