Handful of spinach leaves
½ - 1 cup coconut milk (or water)
1 frozen banana
1 fresh banana
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup raw cashews or almonds
1-2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of ice (2 cups if using two fresh bananas)
Blend until smooth.
