Imperial Chicken

Mix all together:
2 C bread crumbs
3/4 C parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped parsley (fresh)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Melt 1 cube of butter.  Roll 8 chicken breasts in melted butter and then in bread crumb mixture.  Place in greased baking dish and pour remaining butter over the top.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

**I also like to use this recipe to do chicken fingers, instead of the full breasts.
