5 C. chopped peaches ( put in blender) (about 13-15)
3 C. sugar
1/2 c. sugar plus 2 T clear jel
1 c. corn syrup
2 t. almond extract
2 t. lemon juice (or fruit fresh or both)
Combine all ingredients in large pan. Heat slightly to dissolve sugar. Put in freezer containers.
